The land in the municipality of this town are spread among the Ronda and the Sierra Grazalema of Cadiz, more specifically by the river valley and the Sierra del Guadiaro Líbar in the western province of Malaga. Most of its territory lies in the stunning surroundings of the natural park of Sierra de Grazalema.
The people of Montejaque falls at the feet of rock's Hacho of 1075 meters above sea level, between the Sierras of Montalate Juan Diego harbor and admired the beauty spots. Leaving behind rise Montejaque and toward the mountains are, about 1000 meters above sea level, some covered with large flat meadows where cattle graze in the area.
